Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is a versatile alloy, considered excellent for kitchenware, construction, food and beverage, Pharmaceutical equipment, automobile industries etc. Stainless Steel is a corrosion-resistance and polished alloy that does not need zinc galvanization, making it an affordable and adept choice for most purposes.

Mild Steel

Mild steel is a ferrous metal made from iron and carbon. It is a low-priced material with properties that are suitable for most general engineering applications. Low carbon mild steel has good magnetic properties due to its high iron content, it is therefore defined as being ‘ferromagnetic’. Mild steel can be used to create products across a wide variety of industries, making it one of the most popularly used types of steel. Uses for mild steel include structural steel, signs, automobiles, furniture, fencing, and much more.

Aluminium Steel

Aluminium is a silvery-white, lightweight metal. It is soft and malleable. Aluminium is used in a huge variety of products including cans, foils, kitchen utensils, window frames, beer kegs and aeroplane parts etc. Aluminium is considered to be the top metal of choice for manufacturing industry professionals. This is due in part to its corrosion resistance, high strength, and low-density properties. Aluminium is also non-toxic which makes it ideal for any application which involves the packaging of food items.

Copper Products

Copper is mostly used in electrical equipment such as wiring and motors. This is because it conducts both heat and electricity very well, and can be drawn into wires. It also has uses in construction (for example roofing and plumbing), and industrial machinery (such as heat exchangers). Copper has many useful properties and is the world’s third most-used metal. What are its applications, and which industries consume the most copper? Copper products are widely used in building construction, electrical grids, electronic products, transportation equipment and home appliances.

Brass Products

Brass is still commonly used in applications where corrosion resistance and low friction are required, such as locks, hinges, gears, bearings, ammunition casings, zippers, plumbing, hose couplings, valves, and electrical plugs and sockets. It is used extensively for musical instruments such as horns and bells. Because of its ease of manufacture, machining and corrosion resistance, brass also became the standard alloy from which were made all accurate instruments such as clocks, watches and navigational aids.

Alloy Steel Products

Alloy steels are of various types of properties Ex: – NICKEL, Monel, Inconel, Titanium, Hastalloys, Coppro-Nickel. The following is a range of improved properties in alloy steels (as compared to carbon steels): strength, hardness, toughness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, hardenability, and hot hardness. To achieve some of these improved properties the metal may require heat treating.
